All products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, size, or texture. These variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade items and are not considered defects.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not begin processing until payment has been received.
Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and material availability. Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control once the package has been sent.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.
